Very pleased with the efficiency and standard of installation for the Daikin ducted air conditioner which had to be mated with previous old installation. The system seems to be working perfectly and I can’t rate Think Cooling enough.

Think Cooling installed an a/c unit to the master bedroom in our previous house in Surfers Paradise last year. They were great to deal with, even when we asked for the unit installed to be replaced because it was noisy. Steve did not make us feel like we were a nuisance, but he kept working with us until we were satisfied.

A month ago, we moved to a new house in Paradise Point. We did not bother to get quotes from other people but only rang Think Cooling to give us a price to install 4 separate a/c systems to various rooms in the new house. We got great value for our money, and the job was completed with the customary professionalism and excellent standard of service. We now also use Think Cooling to service the big house a/c unit.

What a “breathe of fresh air” , what a team, first we met Steve the salesperson, very helpful and informative, then Blake came to make sure all was “okay” to go ahead with the install. A week later Corbin and the team turned up right on time and ready to go. A great team of guys a credit to Think Cooling, our 10 K ducted system with My Air controller was installed with an absolute minimum of fuss, the guys were quiet and quick, with no mess to speak of, all in one day.
We could not have asked for a better service, made our day stress free.

I rang today to get a mechanic to my home because my A/C stopped working and following all troubleshooting advice in the manual was unable to get it going. The receptionist was exceptionally helpful and provided advice about turning power off for 15 minutes which reset the unit. Unlike another national company recommended by the Panasonic service centre that would have attended and done the same thing for a $250 service fee. When I need new aircons I know where I’ll be going.
