Highly Recommend Think Cooling, we had a ducted system installed in our 2 story home in Palm Beach a few years ago, from day 1 the customer care and professionalism has been the best I have dealt with from any company.

We have continued annual servicing to keep the system performing at its peak level and each year we have had technicians arrive on time, and complete the job to the highest standard, plus everyone is super friendly.

Shoutout to Blake, and Alex for outstanding service.

Alex was great. He was friendly, informed us of what he was doing and we felt totally comfortable having him in our home. Alex was courteous, efficient and prompt. He also informed us of safety concerns around piping that required attention for safety. We are very happy with Alex and Think Cooling and would highly recommend their service.

We highly recommend the team at Think Cooling. They do a great job, are friendly, and know what they're doing. Alex was so helpful and fully explained and fixed our air conditioning problem. And they turn up when they say they're going to!

Think Cooling diagnosed the issue with our 18 year old ducted system and we decided to replace it completely.
The entire experience from that moment on has been fantastic. They were thorough in quoting and specifying the replacement with 2 onsite visits.
The installation team were direct employees who had pride in their skills and workmanship, were friendly and left the house clean each day.
The system is awesome, we’re happy to have chosen Think Cooling and they deserve this glowing review.

Think Cooling follow up maintenance is professional and ensures the system they installed is functioning as it should. The guys were knowledgeable, quick and provided great customer service. We’ve had our system for seven years installed by Think Cooling and from the beginning the service has been top notch.
